Himalayan Paradise is a project born from an exchange between cultures. It’s been created by two entrepreneurs, Puskar Joshi and Alba Zaragoza, out of their love for the Himalayas and their concern for socially responsible trade. Driven by their will to spread and to help preserve the handcrafts, the culture and the artistic traditions of Tibet and Nepal, they aim towards promoting a balanced relationship between the producer and the final consumer, and they do so out of their conviction that commercial relationships that are not only more fair, but also more sustainable and respectful to the environment are not only possible but necessary in order to make the world a more egalitarian place.
It is with this will to further knowledge and understanding of the cultures and peoples of the Himalayas that we have created this space in the heart of Barcelona’s Gràcia district.
